Candidate will be working on projects within the Pharma commercial analytics domain in any of the below areas (non-exhaustive list):

Advanced Analytics and Quantitative Skills:

- Customer segmentation o Sales Force Effectiveness / Operations Sizing, Alignment, Call Planning, Goal Setting, Incentive Compensation

- Brand performance analytics

- Digital campaign analytics

- Deliver various types of analytics projects, like IC Design, Alignment Design, Campaign Analytics, etc. for delivering complex business operations projects, depending on the needs of the client.

- Candidate should be able to leverage various technology platforms Advanced Excel/VBA, Python/R & SQL.

- Statistical/data science packages expertise will be considered as an added advantage.

- Proactively communicate, internally and externally with senior stakeholders within the team, ensuring that any issues / concerns are handled in a timely manner.

- Candidate should be a self-starter and be open to new learnings.

- Provide technical leadership/ mentorship to junior team members; groom them for additional responsibilities.

- Handle small and large datasets on projects efficiently and figure out the right flowchart to use for processing the data and delivering the analyses.

- Develop expertise in pharmaceutical datasets and be a champion within the team.

- Collaborate with other members within the team to innovate through automation / new ideas / capabilities / tools.

Business Analytics:

- Client engagement - for pharma/medtech clients in the US, EU, APAC etc

- Project lead with project management Business development support (presales - proposals, capability pitch, case studies)

- Should work towards thought leadership (write & publish blogs, whitepaper, webinars etc)

- Thorough knowledge on market data bases (IQVIA, IPSOS, IRI, Claims, epidem, OTC-Rx)

- Strong experience in market intelligence

- Brand Analysis, Market Level Analysis, PVL Analysis

Reporting Tools - Tableau + SQL + Python / R - Good to Have
