Advanced Analytics and Quantitative Skills:

  • Customer segmentation Sales Force Effectiveness / Operations Sizing, Alignment, Call Planning, Goal Setting, Incentive Compensation
  • Brand performance analytics
  • Digital campaign analytics
  • Deliver various types of analytics projects for complex business operations, using technologies like Advanced Excel/VBA, Python/R & SQL.
  • Knowledge of statistical/data science packages is a plus.
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders, addressing issues promptly.
  • Self-motivated and open to continuous learning.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and handle datasets efficiently.
  • Specialize in pharmaceutical datasets and promote innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to introduce automation and new ideas.

Business Analytics:

  • Engage with pharma/medtech clients globally.
  • Lead projects, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Proficiency in market databases and market intelligence.
  • Experience in Brand Analysis, Market Level Analysis, and PVL Analysis.

Reporting Tools - Tableau + SQL + Python / R - Good to Have
