Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze pharmaceutical commercial data and derive actionable insights.
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify key customer groups and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate sales force effectiveness and operations, including sizing, alignment, call planning, goal setting, and incentive compensation.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics to assess market share, brand loyalty, and competitive positioning.
  • Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns through advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel/VBA, Python/R, and SQL scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Utilize statistical and data science packages to conduct predictive modeling and forecasting for commercial analytics.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical datasets, providing insights and recommendations based on deep domain knowledge.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support strategic decisionmaking and optimize commercial operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pharma commercial analytics, continuously enhancing skills.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel/VBA, Python/R, SQL, and statistical/data science packages.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness/Operations (Sizing, Alignment, Call Planning, Goal Setting, Incentive Compensation)
