Head of Sales – Technical & High-Performance TextilesLudhiana, India | Full-time | On-siteExprtex, the advanced materials division of Shingora Textiles Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead growth across defence, aerospace, industrial safety, and global technical-textile markets.At Exprtex, we design and manufacture flame-retardant, ballistic, and protective fabrics that meet international standards for performance and protection. We collaborate with DRDO, ISRO, and global OEMs to develop cutting-edge textile solutions made proudly in India.What You’ll Do- Build and execute a sales strategy for domestic and international markets. - Lead institutional and B2B sales across defence, industrial safety, and protective apparel sectors. - Identify and manage global distributor and OEM partnerships. - Achieve revenue and margin targets through value-based selling and strong technical understanding. - Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align pipeline, forecasts, and product launches. - Lead and mentor a performance-driven sales team.What We’re Looking For- 10–12 years of experience in technical textiles, protective clothing, or performance materials (B2B/Institutional). - Strong understanding of defence procurement, export markets, or industrial fabric applications. - Proven track record in international sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships. - Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation expertise, and deep curiosity about material innovation. - Qualification: MBA or B.Tech (Textile/Mechanical/Material Science preferred).Why ExprtexExprtex is redefining India’s position in the world of high-performance textiles.
