At Exprtex, we design and manufactureflame-retardant, ballistic, and protective fabricsthat meet international standards forperformance and protection.We collaborate withDRDO, ISRO, and global OEMsto develop cutting-edge textile solutions made proudly in India. What You’ll DoBuild and execute a sales strategy for domestic and international markets. Lead institutional and B2B sales acrossdefence, industrial safety, and protective apparel sectors. Identify and manage global distributor and OEM partnerships. Achieve revenue and margin targets throughvalue-based sellingand strong technical understanding. Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align pipeline, forecasts, and product launches. Lead and mentor a performance-driven sales team. What We’re Looking For10–12 years of experienceintechnical textiles, protective clothing, or performance materials(B2B/Institutional). Strong understanding ofdefence procurement, export markets, or industrial fabric applications. Proven track record ininternational sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships. Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation expertise, and deep curiosity about material innovation. Qualification: MBA or B.Tech (Textile/Mechanical/Material Science preferred).
