The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations across multiple dealerships, drive finance & insurance penetration, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, monitoring lead conversion, and coordinating with marketing, service, and accounts teams. The Head of Sales will also mentor showroom managers and sales staff, providing training and guidance to maximize performance.Qualifications Proven track record insales leadership and target achievement . Strong experience inteam management and account handling . Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable sales strategies. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills . Skilled in motivating and coaching sales teams. Automobile dealership experience preferred(2W/4W). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Optional).
