We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional having a proven track record in Exhibition sales, sponsorship generation to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and target potential clients to secure exhibition space sales and event sponsorships.
· Ability to develop new leads using various sources, resources
· Good communication skills written & Spoken to Create and deliver compelling sales proposals & presentations.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Collaborate with the Conference, Marketing & Communications teams to ensure client requirements are met.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
· Actively prospect, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
· Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build your professional network.
· Provide on ground support during the event and be Team Player willing to support various tasks to ensure smooth execution of the event.
· Be in close contact with the client to ensure promises are delivered and feedback is sought.
· Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications
· Graduate/Post graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or any domain of relevance.
· Minimum of 5-12 years of experience in event sales or a related sales role.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
· Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for clients.
· Tech savvy, who is constantly updating, upgrading through digital, social media
· Willingness to travel for short and long durations as required.
