Key Account Lead
As part of Key Account Management, you will be responsible for managing high-value international clients, optimizing sales strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our service offerings with client objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:- Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of client projects, proactively resolving challenges.
- Account Growth & Strategy: Manage and assist the key accounts grow, ensuring a strong long-term partnership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to drive insights and optimize pricing models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, logistics, and finance teams to streamline processes.
- Sustained Account Growth: Identify untapped opportunities with the Customers and develop strategies to help the account expand
Requirements
Preferred Experience: 5-7+ years in Sales/account management, ideally within luxury, Service, Hospitality industry
- Strategic thinker & innovative problem solver with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent Customer orientation with experience in international sales
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in key account management and sales performance
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and drive results
