Mcvities is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Sales development/ Sales excellence function, with a strong focus on Sales Development, Demand Planning, Technology in Sales, and Sales Capability.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Sales Enablement:
- Design and implement the RTM strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Drive SnD fundamentals to enhance market execution and coverage
- Develop and deploy frameworks for sales capability building across levels
Digital Transformation:
- Lead the design and rollout of a comprehensive sales digital platform
- Integrate analytics and automation tools to improve sales force effectiveness
Planning & Performance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate demand planning
- Monitor and optimize sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with business targets
Budget Management:
- Own and manage the sales overheads (Ohs) budget
- Ensure cost-effective deployment of resources and track ROI on sales initiatives
