Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.

- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both PR firms and startups, with a proven track record in shaping organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and managing day-to-day HR operations.

- This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring top talent is attracted, hired, and retained.

- Design and oversee onboarding programs, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of staff.

- Maintain a high-performance culture by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and conducting performance appraisals.

- Develop and implement policies that improve work culture, employee engagement, and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.

- Create learning and development programs to promote continuous employee growth and skills enhancement.

- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and company objectives.

- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

- Manage payroll and employee benefits programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in a PR firm or startup environment.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.

- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.

- Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.
