Regional Sales Trainer

For the trainer

1. Training Delivery:

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for internal employees, customers, and influencers.

- Utilize a mix of training methods including workshops, role-plays, simulations, case studies, and on-the-job coaching.

- Develop and deliver training sessions on product features, benefits, applications, and competitive positioning.

2. Training Development:

- Provide Inputs for sales training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and objection handling.

- Customize training content for different target audiences: internal sales teams, channel partners, and influencers.

3. Assessment and Feedback:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.

- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to ensure they achieve the desired level of competency.

- Regularly update training content based on feedback, industry trends, and product updates.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and content development teams to ensure alignment on training content and strategies.

- Work closely with regional sales heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (customers and influencers) to understand their training requirements and customize programs.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and training outcomes.

- Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant performance, and return on investment (ROI) of training programs.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and training methodologies.

- Continuously enhance training programs to ensure they are engaging, relevant, and effective.
