**Sales Trainer**:
**1- Training Program Development**:
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of sales teams, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
**2- Training Delivery**:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to sales representatives, both in-person and virtually, to enhance their skills and performance.
**3- Sales Performance Improvement**:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to reinforce training concepts, address skill gaps, and improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
**4- Training Needs Analysis**:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in sales competencies and develop targeted training solutions to address them, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals.
**5- Sales Tools and Technology Training**:
- Educate sales teams on the effective use of sales tools, CRM systems, and technology platforms to streamline sales processes, enhance productivity, and drive revenue growth.
**6- Performance Evaluation**:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analysing sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and other relevant indicators, adjusting training content and delivery methods as needed.
**7- New Hire Onboarding**:
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new sales hires, providing them with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed in their roles from the outset.
**8- Continuous Learning & Improvement**:
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and sales methodologies to continuously update and improve training content and delivery methods, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
