**Job Specifications**:
Conduct training programs for our sales team to improve their sales skills and knowledge of our products and services

**Educational Qualification**:

- o Essential: Any Graduate / Post Graduate, any stream.
- o Preferred: Certified Sales Trainer Experience:

- o Min. 3 years in Sales Training with corporate E-Learning Industry.

**Location**: Thane / Noida

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct training programs for our sales team to improve their sales skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies. - Conduct role-playing and sales simulations.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and devise tailored training programs.
- Manage and organize training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to sales leaders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sales team is well-informed about new products, services, and initiatives.
- Ensure that our sales team adheres to our policies and regulations.
- Track sales performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with industry and sales trends.
- 3+ years of experience in sales training in the enterprise sales domain.
- An E-Learning background would be preferred.
- Understanding of the latest sales techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales leaders and other departments across the organization.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
