Role Description

As the Institutional Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for our new institutional portfolio, engaging with stakeholders such as Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, Procurement Managers, and Contractors. Your key responsibilities include:

1.     Building and nurturing relationships with existing and new stakeholders.

2.     Growing business for the Institutional portfolio.

3.     Establishing and managing a dedicated team for the business line.

4.     Developing Sales Team and implementing sales strategies and annual plans.

5.     Leading and taking responsibility for business implementation with the team.

6.     Negotiating and closing deals.

7.     Maintaining Institutional Sales account management.

8.     Achieving Sales targets.


Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

1.     Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field.

2.     Proven 3 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales in Builders' Hardware Industry is a plus.

3.     Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

4.     Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales team.

5.     Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and successfully close deals.

6.     Strong Institutional Sales and Sales skills.

7.     Experience in managing sales team and identifying sales opportunities.
