- Experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in Salesforce platform, with "Requirements Gathering,, Business Analysis" as mandatory skills that are essential for this role.

- Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences.

- Strong ability to craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and outcomes.

- Experience in stakeholder management to effectively collaborate with various teams and departments for optimal solutions.

- Demonstrated skill in process mapping to visualize workflows for identifying areas of improvement and efficiencies.

- Competence in designing efficient workflow processes, aligned to meet business requirements and enhance productivity.

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly express ideas and expectations across different levels of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives related to Salesforce.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals.

- Guide the design and development of Salesforce solutions that cater to business requirements effectively and efficiently.

- Create detailed system documentation, user manuals, and workflows to facilitate smooth user adoption and system functionality.

- Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss project statuses, risks, and issues.

- Ensure Quality Assurance processes and validation of Salesforce implementations meet user requirements and performance standards.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they leverage Salesforce capabilities to the fullest.

- Participate in project planning sessions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget constraints
