Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Enterprise Marketing Manager to spearhead our B2B marketing efforts for Origa's Voice AI solutions. This role is perfect for a marketing professional with 2-4 years of SaaS experience who understands the nuances of enterprise selling and can craft compelling narratives for international B2B audiences. You'll be instrumental in positioning Origa as the go-to voice AI solution for enterprises in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
- Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies specifically targeting Dubai, Singapore, and US markets
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise decision-makers (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Customer Success)
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence to differentiate Origa in the voice AI landscape
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas for each geographic market
Content & Demand Generation
- Produce high-quality enterprise content including whitepapers, case studies, ROI calculators, and solution briefs
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts
- Create and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, , webinars, and industry events
- Build thought leadership content showcasing Origa's AI capabilities and customer success stories
- Collaborate with sales to create effective sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts)
Product Marketing
- Partner with product team to translate technical features into compelling business benefits
- Launch new features and capabilities with go-to-market strategies tailored for enterprise buyers
- Develop use-case specific marketing materials for key verticals (contact centers, sales teams, support organizations)
- Create product demo videos and interactive content showcasing platform capabilities
Pipeline & Revenue Impact
- Work closely with sales team to accelerate deal velocity and increase win rates
- Support enterprise sales cycles with custom proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations
- Track and optimize marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales qualified leads (SQLs) conversion
- Measure and report on marketing ROI and pipeline contribution
Market Development
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with system integrators and technology partners
- Represent Origa at industry events, conferences, and webinars
- Build relationships with industry analysts and influencers in the AI/automation space
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 2-4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in AI, automation, or enterprise software
- Proven track record in marketing to international enterprise customers
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrated success in demand generation and pipeline creation
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and decision-making dynamics
- Expertise in B2B marketing channels: , email marketing, webinars, ABM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
- Excellent storytelling abilities - can translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to articulate technical value propositions
Communication & Collaboration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience creating content for C-level and VP-level audiences
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific experience or knowledge of business cultures in Dubai/UAE, Singapore, and United States
- Experience with product-led growth strategies in addition to traditional enterprise selling
- Technical background or ability to quickly understand complex technical products
- Experience with video production and multimedia content creation
