Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Servicing/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client communication, account management, and project handling. Your key role will be to manage client relationships, ensure project delivery, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent client communication and relationship management.

Understand client needs and provide effective solutions for branding and marketing projects.

Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, marketing) to execute client projects efficiently.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and client presentations.

Maintain client accounts, ensuring all tasks and requirements are fulfilled within scope and budget.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:


Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, or creative agencies.

Experience in managing end-to-end projects from briefing to delivery.

Knowledge of account management tools and software.
