Job Profile: Client Services Project Manager

Summary:

The Project Manager of Client Services will lead in effectively managing assigned client relationships through proficient project management coordination and execution. Candidates must possess team leadership skills and a professional background in the electronic discovery industry to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship. Drive overall client satisfaction by coordinating and communicating effectively regarding client deliverables. Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by the Sr. Project Manager or Client Services Director. Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy by verifying and regularly communicating with both clients and internal partners. Provide proactive communication with clients; promptly address any arising issues or escalate to the Sr. Project Manager or Client Services Director. Maintain up-to-date records of project statuses. Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and to a high standard. Represent Epiq's service delivery with confidence, serving as a primary public face.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a corporate environment. 6+ years (at PM level) of consulting or litigation support experience in an eDiscovery service provider, law firm, or corporate legal department. Working knowledge of Media Collections, Processing, Hosting, Review Support, and Productions. Hands-on experience with Relativity and other document review and processing platforms. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting analysis and complex concepts to diverse audiences. RCA or similar Review platform certification preferred. Knowledge of the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM) and eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM) Preferred. Ability to build positive relationships with clients, particularly at the executive level. Ability to work night shifts in India: 6 PM to 3 AM IST or 8 PM to 5 AM IST.
