Job Overview
We are seeking a Pre Sales professional for our Real Estate division based in Bengaluru. This full-time position is open to freshers with 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate. The primary focus will be on supporting our Coconut Habitat Project with expertise in customer relationship management, sales pitch development, and market knowledge to drive agricultural innovation and community growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Real Estate Market Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of real estate trends, demands, and opportunities specific to agricultural projects.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain and manage client relationships effectively, ensuring long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pitch Development (Mandatory skill): Experience in crafting persuasive sales pitches that effectively convey the value of our projects to potential clients.
- Property Valuation: Skilled in assessing the value of properties, considering factors like location, market trends, and project specifics.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating successful deals and managing client expectations during sales processes.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential market opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation abilities to communicate project benefits and key information clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Financial Analysis: Proficient in analyzing financial data to support decision-making and project evaluations with a focus on profitability and sustainability.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine pre-sales strategies and tools for the Coconut Habitat Project.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct property assessments and present comprehensive reports to inform sales strategies and client discussions.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to showcase project potential and attract investment from prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly and maintain competitive advantage.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, sales activities, and project advancements to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content that highlights the unique aspects of our agricultural projects.
- Assist in coordinating site visits and demonstrations for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
