The ideal candidate will have at least4 years of hands-on experiencein accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for US-based clients or companies.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations usingQuickBooks (Desktop & Online) . Handlegeneral ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting . Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsin compliance with US accounting standards. Support intax preparation, year-end closing, and audit requirements . Ensure accuracy injournal entries, accruals, and reconciliations . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines. Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory). Minimum4 years of proven experiencein US accounting. Strong working knowledge ofQuickBooks (Online & Desktop) . In-depth knowledge ofUS GAAP, accounting principles, and compliance processes . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with US clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
