If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team and lead the way in developing cutting-edge solutions to support our business.- Potential projects may include supporting the evolution of customer experience and portal, development of next-generation digital tools and championing change management opportunities across digitization efforts. What You'll Be Doing:- The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.- This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.- Independently identify project goals, objectives, and scope for medium-sized projects.- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules.- Ensure all project initiatives are strategically aligned to overarching organizational goals and objectives.- Guide business units into the digital journey as a trusted advisor.- Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation plans.- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively. What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in project management.- Project Management certification ( PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is desired.
