Requisition ID: 27174- Job Location(s): Pune, INThis position is frontline After Sales Service function to address service & service marketing related activities in mobile, industrial and distribution segment. Customer complaint handling Including complaint closure and response time to customer expectations. Industrial project system commissioning and Mobile OEMs proto-order validation. Involves interfacing and handling customers from after sales service prospective, generating Annual maintenance contract, repair enquiries for pumps/walls motors HPU’s etc. Understanding complete scope of contract, quoting, negotiating, and converting to orders. Co-ordination for sales order processing on the plant, follow-up for execution, timely payment collections. All commercial closures and arranging for after sales service as required. Building relationships across customer organizations (different functional areas) involving all stake holders (end users, OEMs, consultants) tracking developments at customer level, which includes new projects, expansions, competition activities and provide field market intelligence and information to Sales on the market trend for their forecasting. Yearly After sales revenue planning, and strategy evolution for after sales service business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following._
- _Meeting all financial goal._
- _Responsible for understanding specific requirements in terms of Application, product specifications, Hydraulic circuitry & its functions, scope of work carried out at Site during commissioning and, providing customer product related details & value proposition over competition, Report competitor activities gathered during site visits field information on regular basis._
- _Responsible for the planning service revenue planning monthly basis including NOI & collection plan on service AR. ordering and tracking for the timely deliveries post repair activity at Plant. Understanding the sales processes & its tracking._
- _Ensuring that the customer needs are fully communicated internally - technical specs, scope, packaging & delivery and after sales service requirements etc._
- _Coordinate with quality, source plant on customer field & line complaints, ensure its timely closure of complaints with customer expectations. Warranty tracking & ensure warranty cost control in % sales._
- _Ensure on time collection of service revenue payments from customers as per agreed terms including TDS deduction certificate collection etc_
- _Hydraulic training to end customers/distributor during site visit to elaborate on Hydraulic functions including safety related operations. _
- _Travel extensively upto (min 65 -70%)_
- _Ensure communication and relationship building within the customer organization with support and guidance from the Head of Service, Platform Sales Manager. Will perform as the day to day service point of contact between the customer organization and Eaton Hydraulics Operations_
**Background & Skills**:
- _Minimum 8-9 years of experience_
- _Sound Technical knowledge of Hydraulics & products, technologies, and markets_
- _Strong trouble shooting technics and logical thinking & Problem-solving skills_
- _Strong verbal articulation, presentation, and written communication skills._
- _Familiar with applicable commercial & legal laws and practices_
- _Capability to scan and obtain market intelligence - good networking skills_
- _Relationship skills with all levels and functions within the customers organization & Plant _
- _Able to take decisions and organize solutions independently. Strong organizing capability_
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Strong collaborative working with CFT_
