We're seeking a BI & Reporting and Marketing Automation Specialist to optimize our marketing and business operations—someone who can support business growth through advanced analytics and automation strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows using API integration with tools such as Zapier and Make.com
  • Work with data from platforms such as Gmail, CRM, Email Marketing tools, LinkedIn Automation tool
  • Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems to measure marketing performance and internal Recruiting operations performance  
  • Analyze marketing and recruiting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations 
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring models and nurture campaigns 
  • Manage database quality and ensure data accuracy across marketing platforms 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing processes and Recruiting business operations 
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize results 
  • Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, or a related field 
  • 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools 
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations 
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools 
  • Must have worked with API integration platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, OR IFTTT
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
