CredAble is in search of an experienced Technical Project Management leader who can work closely with the leaders of Product Engineering and their delivery teams. The aim is to ensure operational excellence and an Agile delivery that incorporates the best practices of Technical Project Management, Agile Release Management and Scrum.

The role is crucial in enhancing CredAble's reputation and ensuring consistent client satisfaction - both internal and external - with the technology deliveries for the Banking-as-a-Service and Fintech Platform businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Release Management: Establish and expand Release Management in CredAble, to guarantee that software releases are smoothly delivered with control, efficiency, and high quality. You will act as the gatekeeper for all releases, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken in the proper sequence, that communication with stakeholders is continuous, and that the engineering, security, PMO, and product owner teams are brought together to make informed go-no-go decisions.


2.Scrum Management: As a BAU Delivery Scrum Master, champion the Scrum framework within CredAble, fostering a culture of continuous value delivery and enabling our Engineers and Managers to leverage their core capabilities.


3. Operational Excellence in BAU Delivery: Collaborate with VP-level Engineering leaders to craft and execute a continuous improvement strategy, integrating best practices, benchmarking performance, and driving improvements.


4.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, such as the CPTO, CISO, Technology Leaders & Management, Business Product Management and Program Management, to understand their needs, gather insights, and effectively communicate the progress.


Qualifications:

•Seasoned Experience: 12+ years in Technical Project Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Scrum Management, with a rich background in agile methodologies.

•Significant experience in B2B/B2C product development environments, demonstrating a solid track record of successful agile software deliveries.

•Preferred: Deep expertise in Quality Assurance and prior experience in scaling Release Management.
