API Integration Support SpecialistCompany OverviewWe are seeking a technically skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for our API integration services. Our company works with existing customers who actively integrate with our APIs and require ongoing technical assistance through our dedicated Slack support channel.Position SummaryThis role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers integrating with our APIs, with a focus on the Coinflow platform (https://docs.coinflow.cash/docs/sweepstakes-payout). The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact, helping customers troubleshoot integration issues and providing step-by-step guidance for successful implementation.Key Responsibilities Technical SupportProvide real-time technical assistance to customers via Slack channel Analyze and debug API integration issues Offer clear, actionable solutions and implementation guidance Review customer code and provide optimization recommendations Create and maintain troubleshooting documentationCustomer CommunicationRespond promptly to customer inquiries in the Slack support channel Explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms Provide step-by-step implementation guidance Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessaryDocumentation & Knowledge ManagementMaintain up-to-date integration guides and FAQs Document common issues and their solutions Contribute to API documentation improvements Create video tutorials and walkthroughs as neededPreferred Skills> Experience withpayment gateways Integration(e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal , etc.) > Understanding ofcryptocurrency fundamentals(Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins) > Understanding of Payment Methods such as - USDC, Push-to-Card, ACH Transfer, Sepa, Pix, digital wallets (Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay), 3DS Cards > Knowledge of Chargeback protection and fraud prevention strategiesRequired QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of API integration concepts and best practices Experience with RESTful APIs and webhook implementations Proficiency in debugging API calls and response handling Knowledge of common programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) Understanding of authentication methods (API keys, OAuth, etc.) Experience with payment processing APIs (preferred)Communication SkillsExcellent written communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Experience providing customer support in chat/messaging environments Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesExperience Requirements2+ years of experience in technical support or API integration Previous experience with customer-facing technical roles Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration platforms Experience with financial technology or payment processing (preferred)Work Schedule & CoverageCoverage Requirements : 24-hour support coverage required Time Zones : Must be available during Indian business hours with flexibility for extended coverage Availability : Immediate start preferred Work Environment : Remote-friendlyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to work with cutting-edge payment technology Professional development and learning opportunities
