Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering and Accounts Specialist at ISA, located in Noida. The core responsibilities for this role are:

  1. Be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tendering process
  2. Preparation of tender proposals, procurement, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  3. Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing tender documents, developing detailed project proposals.
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as tracking of EMD, PBG etc, maintaining record of ongoing tenders
  5. Assist in organizing and archiving design-related documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance with documentation standards.
  6. Raising invoices and track payment status
  7. Follow up with clients with respect to tenders and accounts
  8. Take responsibility for assigned tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
