Who We Are?Zinnia is the leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth.With innovative enterprise solutions and data insights, Zinnia simplifies the experience of buying, selling, and administering insurance products.All of which enables more people to protect their financial futures.Our success is driven by a commitment to three core values: be bold, team up, deliver value and that we do.Zinnia has over $180 billion in assets under administration, serves 100+ carrier clients, 2500 distributors and partners, and over 2 million policyholders.Who Are You?- The Manager of Global Vendor Management will be passionate about ensuring we have a well-run and organized vendor management function.- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will ensure nothing slips through the cracks.- You will ensure that all activities and tasks are tracked, reviewed, and completed in a timely manner.- You will report to the Director of Vendor Management to support all activities of the vendor management organization.What Youll Do?- Track all vendor management activities and tasks and drive them to completion.- Follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner.- Coordinate all activities across each stakeholder group that is part of the overall vendor management process (i.e., legal, risk, business, finance, operations, etc.- Support the Director of Vendor Management.- Manage our vendor onboarding and risk review systems.- Ensure that vendor onboarding is initiated and completed in a timely manner.- Support our business partners through the vendor onboarding process.- Work with the vendors during the onboarding process to answer any of their questions and ensure the timely completion of their activities.- Help track vendor spend across individual vendors, departments, and categories.- Help identify opportunities for process improvement within the vendor management process.- Help identify opportunities for spend reduction.- Produce standard reporting to show status of activities, risks, turnaround time, and other key metrics.- Ensure vendor information is distributed to all relevant parties at the appropriate time.What Youll Need?- 3+ or more years experience coordinating complex processes and ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed.- 8-10 years of overall experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply chain management and / or Contract management.- Ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage them to manage activities and drive tasks to completion.- Ability to understand the nuances associated with managing each vendors unique contract and the sensitivity around who and how to communicate.- Preferably experience working in vendor management or procurement.- Excellent communication and presentation skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).- High attention to detail, resourceful, well-organized, and good time management.- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.- Works to build effective relationships across the company.- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work streams and adjust priorities as needed in a deadline-driven environment.- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely and effectively communicate with a senior audience in a high pressure, fast paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities.- System experience in IronClad and/or Coupa a plus.WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?Were looking for the best and brightest innovators in the industry to join our team.At Zinnia, you collaborate with smart, creative professionals who are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technologies, deeper data insights, and enhanced services to transform how insurance is done.Visit our website at www.zinnia.com for more information.Apply by completing the online application on the careers section of our website.We are an Equal Opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce.We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability.
