Zinnia - Software Engineer - CIAM Solutions

Who You Are :As a Software engineer, you will execute on products vision for a modern, frictionless, scalable, API first and persona-driven customer identity and access management system, which collectively result in the best end-to-end Life & Annuities solution in the industry.You will partner with fellow engineers to create a reusable, predictable, and discoverable design and development framework allowing rapid, consistent, and maintainable customer authentication and authorization solutions.We are seeking a team player with leadership experience, exceptional users and API security skills, and a proven track record of successful delivery.What Youll Do :- Design and implement API policies, procedures, and guidelines.- Develop enterprise API solutions using an industry leading API platform (Kong).- Integrate the enterprise CIAM solution for all internal and external APIs.- Collaborate with CIAM team to extend its capability to serve our clients.What Youll Need :- Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.- 5+ years of software development experience.- Working knowledge of implementing OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect protocols.- Experience in building industry standard APIs using NestJS or any other typescript based framework .- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.- Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning, CI/CD Pipelines, and application monitoring).- Excellent work ethic.- Ability to work and travel independently.- Effective strategic thinking skills.- Expert level communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.- Expert level troubleshooting skills.- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, distributed team.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
