**WHO YOU ARE**:
Experienced marketing analytics professional with over 3 years in data-driven strategy and customer behavior analysis. Proficient in data visualization, SQL, and marketing attribution, you bring a sharp analytical
focus to marketing insights. You have a track record of developing KPIs, managing complex data projects, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Reconciling financial records: Reconcile payments as indicated on remittance documents, and reconcile accounts
- Resolving discrepancies: Investigate and resolve overpayments, and monitor cash activity reject reports
- Managing cash flow: Manage cash flow, and ensure cash batches are balanced before finalization
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work with sales, project management, and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintaining documentation: Maintain proper documentation, and keep procedures up to date
- Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Generating reports: Generate reports such as cash forecasts, payment trending, and month-end/quarter-end reconciliations

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance and Accounting Domain
- The ability to communicate and manage customers
- The ability to prioritize work and resolve payment discrepancies
- Accounts receivable and payable knowledge: A working knowledge of these areas is important
- Insurance or accounting background: This is a plus
- Personal initiative: The ability to ensure payments are applied on time and inquiries are resolved
- Understanding of order to cash process
- Having good knowledge of Excel, Peoplesoft
