Job Title:
Tax Associate III

**Job Description**:
Essential Functions / Key responsibilities:

- Overall assistance in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for companies in 70+ jurisdictions.
- Master File and Country by Country Compliance for all group companies.
- Segmental preparation & transfer pricing, true-up calculation, and tracking.
- Benchmarking analysis.
- Local transfer pricing mark-up and transfer pricing policy setting
- Working/Computation of tax considerations related to transfer pricing policy changes.
- Coordination with the local controllers for ensuring the timely compliance and implementation of global transfer pricing policies.
- This role would also include interaction with Treasury, Legal, and controllership teams.
- Compliance includes US GAAP/ IGAAP tax provisioning, including computation of transfer pricing liability exposures.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-4 years of experience with multinational company
- Preferably Chartered Accountant
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
