Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and scaling our business while building processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Build and implement processes aimed at increasing overall efficiency and individual sales productivity.
- Sales Monitoring: Track actual sales performance and leads, generating comprehensive reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results.
- Metrics-Driven Approach: Drive a metrics-driven strategy to streamline sales processes, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast performance.
- Sales Behaviors: Foster desired sales behaviors to achieve future state objectives.
Qualifications:
- A relevant MBA is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with detailed knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Analytical mindset: ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
