Job Description : Application Support : Application Support Engineer Band : : the Role :We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise application support, observability, and AI/automation tools. The role requires managing large-scale production systems, improving support efficiency using automation, and building next-gen AI/ML-enabled support tools.Key Responsibilities :- Lead Enterprise Application Support Management ensuring uptime, stability, and performance.- Implement and manage monitoring/observability tools : PagerDuty, Datadog, Prometheus, and Splunk.- Handle incident management via ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.- Leverage automation and AI tools to optimize support efficiency (auto-triage, self-healing, real-time diagnostics).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and critical incident resolution.- Contribute to building AI/ML-based support solutions (chatbots, summarizers, LLM-powered agents).- Enhance observability platforms for anomaly detection and predictive monitoring.- Drive innovation in support through automation and smart Skills (Mandatory) : - Enterprise Application Support Management- Monitoring/Observability tools : PagerDuty, Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk- Incident Management Platforms : ServiceNow, Jira Service Management- Automation & AI Tools for support (Good to Have) : - AI/ML integration in support (chatbots, summarizers, LLM-based agents)- Cloud platforms : AWS, GCP, Azure- DevOps practices- Containerization (Docker) & Orchestration : 8-12 years (B3 : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Prior experience in enterprise-scale application support with automation/AI exposure.
