The role involves recruiting, managing, and growing a network of agents to drive health insurance sales and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and activateinsurance agents/advisorsfor health insurance product sales. Drive business through the agency network by ensuring regular engagement, support, and performance monitoring. Conductproduct trainings ,sales pitches , and joint fieldwork to support agents in achieving their targets. Track and ensure compliance of all agents withIRDAI guidelinesand company processes. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per organizational goals. Act as a point of contact for all agent queries and policy servicing issues. Maintain regular MIS and reporting related to sales, activation, and agent productivity. Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, claims) to support post-sale processes.✅Eligibility Criteria: Minimum2 yearsofhealth insurance sales experiencein theagency or broking channel Strong network of existing health insurance agents (preferred) Graduate in any discipline;MBA preferred Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and health product landscape Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools⭐Why Join InsuranceDekho?
