Hiring forEngineering Manager CAE & FEM Simulation Loc: Hyderabad Exp: 10+ Years Department Engineering / CAESkills & Competencies: Develop detailed 3D and 2D models of rails, sleepers, clips, pads, and bolts. Applynonlinear contact mechanicsfor rail–fastener–sleeper interfaces. Simulatebolt preload , frictional sliding, and toe load loss under service conditions. Usemesh refinement strategiesfor stress concentration zones (e.g., clip bends, dowel threads). Simulate vertical axle loads, lateral forces from curve negotiation, and longitudinal braking loads. Performtransient dynamic simulationsfor vibration, impact, and shock loads. Conductfatigue life predictionusing S-N curves, rainflow counting, and Miner’s rule. Modelthermal expansion , UV degradation, and moisture ingress effects on fastener materials. Useelasto-plastic, hyperelastic, and viscoelastic modelsfor rubber pads and polymer liners. NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness)Required Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Applied Mechanics.
