Job Description :

We are looking for an AI Engineer who will play a critical role in designing and implementing intelligent systems that enhance our event discovery and recommendation platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable and personalized AI solutions that drive user engagement and satisfaction. If you're passionate about machine learning, recommendation engines, and real-world applications of AI, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities :

- Design and build recommendation systems using embeddings, similarity models, or graph-based techniques.

- Work on LLM-driven applications such as AI-powered chat assistants or content discovery tools.

- Create and maintain pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying ML models.

- Implement data-driven personalization features across the platform.

- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance based on real-world feedback.

- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply relevant techniques to improve the product.

Requirements :

- Educational Qualification : B. Tech/B. E, BCA, MCA, or similar degrees.

- Experience : 3 to 6 years of experience in AI/ML development.

Tech Stack / Tools :

- Strong Python programming skills.

- Experience with embeddings, NLP models, and similarity-based recommendation systems.

- Familiarity with LLM frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, or similar.

- Bonus : Experience with graph-based models or chat-based AI tools.

- AI Background : Hands-on experience working with ML pipelines, model tuning, and

production-level deployment.

- Product Exposure : Experience with recommendation engines in domains like travel, food, content, or events is a plus.

- Proactive and Independent : Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and

contribute effectively in a remote setting.
