We're seeking a
Senior Road Engineer
with a strong background in highways, transportation, or pavement engineering. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between traditional engineering expertise and cutting-edge AI, ensuring survey data and model outputs align with real-world road standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Validation

  • Lead road survey projects, ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to engineering standards.
  • Validate AI model outputs and ensure annotations match field realities.
  • Conduct safety audits, pavement evaluations, and lifecycle assessments.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior engineers and interns on defect identification, quality control, and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to predictive maintenance strategies combining engineering principles with AI-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's in Civil Engineering (Highways/Transportation/Pavement preferred).
  2. Bachelor's in Civil/Road & Transportation Engineering (mandatory).
  3. 1+ years' professional experience in road/transportation projects.
  4. Strong knowledge of road defects, safety features, pavement management, and audit methodologies.
  5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical reporting skills.
