Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team and contribute to projects in the Data Center, Road, Highways, and Renewable Energy sectors. This is a full-time, remote position based in New Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • A Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development & Drainage is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the transformation of raw land into functional sites for residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use purposes. This role integrates site layout, grading, utility design, and stormwater management to ensure safe, sustainable, and regulatory-compliant development
  • Infrastructure Design: Develop detailed designs for infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, and energy facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction activities meet established engineering standards and specifications.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).

Strong understanding of land development processes, site grading, and drainage principles.

Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of permitting procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably in the Infrawork, Data Center, Road, Highways, or Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A strong foundation in engineering principles is essential.
  • Preferably have an exposure to the projects in UK region.
  • Proficiency in the use of Autodesk Products, BIM 360 and Navisworks/Infraworks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infra work, Data Center, Road, Highways, or Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D
