Role Overview

We are seeking a
Junior AI Engineer
who is eager to work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and product innovation. This role is ideal for candidates who are hungry to learn, take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, and contribute meaningfully to building production-ready AI systems.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and product leads to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as
LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered features and microservices.
  • Work with
    LangChain
    and similar frameworks to implement RAG pipelines.
  • Integrate
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) into scalable architectures.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented
    Python
    code.
  • Collaborate with the full-stack team to integrate AI components into applications frontend, Flask/FastAPI backend).
  • Deploy and manage models/applications on
    AWS
    and other cloud environments (nice to have).
  • Research and experiment with new AI/LLM techniques to improve performance.
  • Debug, optimize, and test AI pipelines for reliability and scalability.
  • Take
    ownership
    of features from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python
    .
  • Experience with
    LangChain
    (or similar LLM frameworks).
  • Understanding of
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with
    vector databases
    (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    LLM APIs
    (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of
    machine learning
    concepts, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to
    take ownership
    of deliverables.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to
    Full-stack development
    , Flask/FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with
    AWS
    (Lambda, S3, ECS, EC2, RDS).
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps tools
    (Docker, CI/CD, model monitoring).
  • Experience with
    Neo4j or graph databases
    .
  • Prior work on
    chatbots, NLP, or information retrieval systems
    .
