Amitoje - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Candidate Attraction:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-potential candidates across various channels (e. g. , job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals).

- Build strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.

- Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top talent.

Screening & Selection:

- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.

- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate logistics for on-site interviews and candidate assessments.

Offer & Onboarding:

- Prepare and present competitive offers to top candidates.

- Manage the offer negotiation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

- Facilitate new hire paperwork and company orientation.

Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e. g. , time-to-fill, source of hire).

- Generate reports on recruitment activities and results.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.

- Are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (a Bachelor/ masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of [1-3 years] of experience in talent acquisition or a related role (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
