Primary Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and HR operations, with a focus on supporting the growth and development of our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, and providing general HR support to ensure smooth HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational and solution-oriented mindset. A proactive team player with a collaborative approach with commitment to continuous improvement and learning.


Qualification:

  • MBA HR Preferred (Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Life Science or a related field.)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience (Talent acquisition experience is must)


Industry Preference: Exposure of Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices/Biotech will be added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the related industry.


Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media (), Career Site, ATS, etc. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as networking, , Campus Hiring, and employee referrals.


Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and participate in the interview process with hiring managers. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.


Offer Management:

  • Extend offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Conduct regular internal HR audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process improvements.
  • Reference Checks and BGV


Pre and post Hiring talent engagement.


Other: Support HR Team in Employee onboarding, Employee relations, PMS, L&D, Employee benefits, Employee engagement activities, etc. To work together with team on talent management activities.


Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
