Role Overview
As the Sales & Onboarding Executive, you will drive the onboarding and engagement of service providers onto the Lyfskills platform. This role requires someone who excels at pitching concepts, managing relationships, and can aid service providers’ growth and success on Lyfskills. If you are a self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a knack for building strong connections, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Engaging with Service Providers:
- Pitch the Lyfskills concept and value proposition to potential service providers.
- Build trust and rapport with service providers to onboard them successfully to the platform.
Onboarding Support:
- Guide service providers through the onboarding process, including setting up their profiles and listings on the platform.
- Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience for all partners.
Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for service providers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Provide ongoing support to help them optimize their profiles and leverage platform features.
Growth and Success Enablement:
- Monitor the performance of service providers and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure service providers are aligned with Lyfskills’ standards for quality and engagement.
Feedback and Insights:
- Gather and analyze feedback from service providers to improve the onboarding process and overall platform experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate actionable insights.
Sales Metrics and Reporting:
- Track key metrics such as onboarding rate, service provider satisfaction, and platform activity.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team.
About You
- High-energy individual who thrives in a target-driven environment with an independent mindset.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup or marketplace environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A self-starter with a bias for action and a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the sports, extracurricular, or education ecosystem in Bengaluru is a plus.
