Overview
As a Inside Sales representative you will be responsible in Market research, social marketing, generating /following up leads, data profiling through Cold calling and Email Campaigning the Prospect Customers.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Generating leads and data profiling through Cold calling and Email Campaigning.
Adding new logos into the organization as well as generating leads from existing customers.
Building Leads funnel and collaborating with Sales and RM’s till the closure.
Liaising with all the internal departments/stakeholders whenever necessary to covert leads into prospective business.
Responsible for follow-up on prospect deals.
Responsible for new account acquisition and generate revenue.
Meeting the sales target assigned
Maintaining the database accurately.
Good at Market research using various tools, Websites, Google or Social Sites.
Preferred to have Datacentre and cloud knowledge.
Education & Experience Credentials:
BBA/MBA Graduate.
Minimum 4+ Years of experience in Inside sales Selling IT Infrastructure, Managed services, Networking Solutions, Cyber Security Solutions, Cloud computing, Servers/Storage, Edge Computing, Software Sales
Good Spoken and Written communications in English.
Strong understanding of technology and solutions we provide.
Excellent Verbal and written communications skills.
Should build multiple contacts & relationships with CIO/CTO/IT Managers /Purchase team and generate leads.
Coordinate with Sales Managers to close the deal.
Fixing of appointments for business development, leadership team on day-to-day basis.
Competencies:
Competent in the use of MS tools Competent in the use of MS tools
Excellent knowledge of Datacenter Industry or related Industries.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Able to challenge, influencing and mediate to deliver results in high pressure environments
