We are looking for experienced Front Line Sales Representatives for our Life Insurance company. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in their current organization. The candidate's background should include sales in one or more of the following sectors: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Credit Cards, General Insurance, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Evaluate client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
This role is crucial for driving our business growth and enhancing the market presence for our Insurance client.
