Role:
- Sales Head leads the sales team to achieve exceptional revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- The Sales Head will develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales operations, and foster a high-performing sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure sales success.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (N/E, Solutions, Product, Customer & Vendor Success) to align sales strategies.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure sales compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
