The ideal candidate should be experienced in handlinglarge recruiter teams , managingclient delivery & interactions , and have solid expertise in working withImplementation Partners . This is aleadership rolethat requires proven experience inteam management, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage alarge team of recruitersto ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements. Drive end-to-endrecruitment deliveryfor domestic staffing across multiple domains. Build and maintain strongclient relationshipswith regular interactions to ensure seamless delivery. Partner withimplementation partnersand ensure timely closures within SLA. Monitor performance metrics and take initiatives to improveteam productivity & efficiency. Act as a bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and recruiters to ensure smooth operations. Identify gaps, propose strategies, and implement process improvements for better delivery outcomes. Required Skills & Experience: 9+ yearsof overall experience in recruitment, with strong exposure tocontract staffing (domestic market). Proven track record ofleading large recruitment teamsand driving performance. Strongclient handling & client interaction skills. Excellent understanding ofimplementation partner models. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational & leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
