About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to identify business needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create detailed business reports and dashboards to present findings.
  • Assist in developing and documenting workflows, processes, and requirements.
  • Support project teams in translating business needs into actionable plans.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Skills and Preferred Education
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Preferred Degrees:
  • Undergraduate students: BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, BA (Economics/Statistics), or related fields.
  • Postgraduate students: MBA (Business Analytics/Strategy), MA (Economics/Statistics), or related fields.
  • College students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year are particularly encouraged to apply.
