Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern - Fresher to join our dynamic HR team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, supporting various tasks such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling, while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Support in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Job Posting & Advertisement: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on different platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination: Help schedule interviews, liaise with candidates, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates to candidates, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management: Assist in maintaining an organized candidate database, ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated.
• Offer Letter Preparation: Support in drafting offer letters and onboarding documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Employer Branding Support: Contribute to promoting the company's employer brand through social media and other platforms.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Support in building and nurturing a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for specific roles.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars to enhance the company's visibility and attract talent.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or individuals keen on pursuing a career in talent acquisition.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with job boards and platforms like LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach in candidate interactions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
