About CleverXCleverX is an AI-powered research platform that connects researchers to participants for online surveys, interviews and product testing.CleverX is one of the leading companies in it's space with office in SF bay area and a great customer base, where we power research for Google, Meta, Twitch, Amazon, Microsoft, Pinterest, Disney, Quora etc.Role DescriptionLocation: Remote - work from any part of the worldExperience: 6 - 12 months (or exceptional fresher with strong logical + analytical aptitude)Compensation: As per industry standardsWe’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and analytical executor to take complete ownership of the email acquisition channel at CleverX.This is not a strategy role, it’s for someone who loves execution, precision, and performance tracking. You’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing email systems, ensuring deliverability, and running campaigns at scale, across multiple domains, tools, and audiences.What You’ll Do1. Campaign Execution & ManagementLaunch, monitor, and optimize email campaigns using necessary tools.Ensure accurate sequencing, audience mapping, and follow-up logic across all campaigns.Monitor open rates, reply rates, and bounces - identify and resolve issues proactively.Ensure all campaigns meet key performance benchmarks (open rate, reply rate, conversion).2. Conversion & Performance TrackingTrack the full user acquisition funnel, from initial send to conversion or booking.Maintain clear reporting on how many users are reached, engaged, and converted.Identify drop-offs or low-performing areas and recommend data-backed fixes.3. Quality ControlEnsure all sender domains and mailboxes remain healthy and active.Is aware of various email policies and compliancesDocument all campaigns and continuously maintain an internal log of what’s working.4. Reporting & InsightsShare weekly summaries with insights on reply rates, conversion trends, and anomalies.Use data to inform subtle operational improvements (timing, templates, sequencing).You’ll Thrive If You:Are logical, process-driven, and obsessed with accuracy and performance metrics.Think in terms of systems, funnels, and conversions, not vague marketing metrics.Have 6-12 months of experience in email marketing, campaign operations, or performance marketing.Are comfortable with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and pattern recognition.Understand email deliverability fundamentals.Take ownership, you like to “run the show” and ensure everything works flawlessly daily.Nice-to-HaveExperience with B2B or outbound marketing campaigns.Familiarity with A/B testing and basic conversion tracking setups.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for custom reports and analytics.
