Company Description: Ruru Tek Private Limited is an Indian ODM Company for specializing in set-top box, TV Launcher, and CCTV Camera Surveillance solutions. We help Broadcasters, Multi System Operators, Telco’s/ISPs and media companies in cracking the biggest video challenges and inventing value with video using Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts person to oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and the ability to lead an accounting team effectively. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CA/CPA is a plus). 4 to 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Experience inindustry-specific requirement, e.g., manufacturing, retail, IT, etc. Knowledge ofGST, TDS, payroll processing, and financial audits. Experience instock/inventory management , ensuring proper valuation, reconciliation, and reporting. Proficiency inIT individual income tax filing , including accurate documentation and timely submission. Understanding ofCSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)compliance and reporting under applicable legal frameworks. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets. Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
