Overview:The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving the growth of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustainable growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance products and services offerings
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the business network
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance
  • Lead and mentor the business development team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for business development activities
  • Report on business development activities and results to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business development processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Experience in leading and managing a highperforming team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Resultsoriented and targetdriven mindset
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • He/she IT staffing background.
